Smooth, comforting, sweet and frothy. Everything you’ve ever wished for in a date!

It’s especially nourishing for the reproductive tissues which, as the last of the 7 types of tissue, only get whatever nutrients are left over after the others have taken what they need. How rude!

  • Soak 3-4 dates in water overnight.
  • Add a good shake of cardamom and a pinch of saffron to a cup or organic cown’s mild and slowly bring to the boil.
  • Blend together with the soaked dates et voilà!

✨ Pro Tip: Forgotten to soak your dates overnight? Put them in a cup of boiled water for a few minutes and/or use Medjool instead.

⚡️ Bonus Points:
I heard an Ayurvedic doctor say to always bring milk to the boil three times. To be sure, to be sure, to be sure.
